Amy Winder

My name is Amy. I started with Weald Primary Care Network in January 2023.

I started my career working in social housing working across Kent and Medway in management roles where my days could range from complaints and legal case work or employing hawks to fly above pigeon-ridden housing estates. I moved into working in HR for a trust of schools in Tunbridge Wells in 2020 which was a great experience and allowed me to develop and hone my HR expertise.

Outside of work I enjoy looking after my young daughter, walking, cooking, and attempting lino print projects. I try and get out to our family allotment to grow my favourite flowers (tulips, gladioli and dahlias) and in the summer I try and go to Haysden or Bewl for a swim.

I am looking forward to supporting the Weald GP surgeries with their HR processes and practices over the coming months.
