I am part of a growing team of Care Coordinators within the Weald PCN, working across practices to support them with non-clinical patient care. I’m currently studying for a degree in Health Sciences at the Open University alongside this role. Prior to this I worked at SECAmb as a 111 Health Advisor and got my CertHE in Biomedical Science.
