Morgan Glazier

I am the Weald Primary Care Network’s Admin and Education Coordinator and Senior Care Coordinator. My role consists of supporting our education team and the services our PCN offers to ensure that services run smoothly along with producing documentation for the PCN. I’m currently also studying for a degree in Health Sciences at the Open University alongside this role. Prior to this I worked at SECAmb as a 111 Health Advisor and got my CertHE in Biomedical Science.

I enjoy this role as it helps to bring together the practices across the Weald and the PCN and helps to provide services to our patients which deliver both clinical and holistic care in areas which are often underrepresented in healthcare.
