Patrick Annakie

Hello, my name is Patrick Annakie, and I am a Physician Associate. 

Physician Associates are medically trained, generalist healthcare professionals who work alongside doctors and provide medical care as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. More information on Physician Associates can be found on the Royal College of Physicians website

I divide my time between visiting new patients within the Weald’s Nursing and Residential homes and general practice sessions.  

I have had an alternative route into medicine. I served in the British Army in the late 80’s before joining Kent Police, leaving in 2017 to pursue a new career in healthcare.

I have a MSc Degree in Physician Associate Studies; Certificates in Natural Science and Health Science; a Post Graduate diploma in Management Studies, a Certificate of Higher Education in Perioperative Practice and an Honors Degree in Policing Studies.

I am a keen DIYer, fuchsia flower enthusiast and science fiction fan.
