Health and Wellbeing Coaching Service
Role of the Health and Wellbeing Coaching Service
The Health and Wellbeing Coaching Service works with patients who need some additional support with their health and wellbeing, focusing on what is important to them. We know that everyone is an individual and we all have different factors that impact on our wellbeing. Rather than just telling patients what we think they need, the sessions are centred around the patient and what they would like to achieve. The service aims to empower patients with the skills, knowledge, motivation and confidence to work towards and achieve personal goals, to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
A Health and Wellbeing Coach can…
- Empower patients to take an active role in their own health care and wellbeing
