Since qualifying as a pharmacist on the South Coast in 2004, I have spent the majority of my career in community pharmacy, covering areas of Kent, Surrey and Sussex. During my time in community I was involved in delivering a wide variety of services, including but not limited to;  Medicines Use Reviews, New Medicine Service, Community Pharmacy Consultation Service, Discharge Medicine Service, Emergency Hormonal Contraception and Seasonal Influenza Vaccinations.

I am very excited to be enrolled on the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacist Education Pathway for pharmacists moving into Primary Care and to be given the opportunity to join and support the Weald PCN teams and practices to deliver on medicines optimisation and contribute to continued improved patient care and outcomes for the Weald.
