Elaine Crisp

Hello, my name is Elaine. I have worked in community pharmacy for the last 16 years and recently joined the Weald Primary Care Network pharmacist team. During my career I have focused on delivering patient focused care in services ranging from minor ailments to travel health advice and vaccinations.

As a PCN pharmacist I hope to further develop my clinical skills, promote medicines optimisation in primary care and support the drive for sustainability in healthcare.
