Hello, my name is Fiona Nyeko. I have recently joined the Weald Primary Care Network pharmacy team. I have worked in community pharmacy for the past 7 years and I look forward to taking on a new challenge in clinical pharmacy and developing my knowledge and skills.

I hope to increase medicines optimisation and improve health outcomes for patients across the Weald.
