Hannah Miller
I’m Hannah, a Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner and my role is designed to improve access to mental health support for children and families. I offer short, guided self-help interventions based on CBT principles for low mood, anxiety, and common behavioural difficulties. This means I take on a coaching role where I help develop and implement strategies that can improve a child’s everyday life.
I also aim to work closely with the local community to provide mental health support and education in other settings such as youth clubs and parent groups.
