Isaac Sibanda

I am excited to be working at the Weald as a Clinical Pharmacist aimed at improving patient outcomes and optimising medicine use.

Before this role, l was a community pharmacist, with a few years’ experience. I am in the process of undertaking my primary care pharmacy education pathway training and have a particular interest in cardiovascular medicine, diabetes and mental health.
