Precious Chinna
I am a registered Mental Health Nurse with a degree in Mental Health Nursing and over 20 years of experience across various care settings. I have worked extensively with adults and older adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including dementia, in both community and acute environments.
In my current role as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner within the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) at Weald Primary Care Network, I provide Timely, Person-Centred Mental Health Support.
This includes comprehensive assessments, tailored interventions, and collaborative care planning with GPs and other healthcare professionals. My work focuses on promoting early intervention and ensuring continuity of care within the community.
My previous experience includes working in Mental Health Crisis Services alongside ambulance teams, community mental health teams, and acute inpatient wards. I have a strong foundation in managing complex mental health needs and delivering effective, compassionate care.
I am deeply committed to supporting families and carers by offering education, practical guidance, and emotional support to help them navigate the challenges of caring for someone with mental health difficulties.
My approach is holistic and recovery-focused, with a strong emphasis on empowering individuals and their support networks to improve mental health and wellbeing.
