I am part of the Care Coordinator Team within the Weald Primary Care Network, working across practices to support them with non-clinical patient care.

I have previously worked in primary care, secondary care, and private healthcare. I have had both non-clinical and patient facing roles in the past, giving me a greater understand of patients care needs.
