Susannah Becker

Hi, I'm Susannah, and I am the Service Delivery Manager for Weald PCN. I've spent most of my career to date working in the public sector supporting and delivering service delivery, contract and change management in drug and alcohol services, adult social care and in education. As the Service Delivery Manager for Weald, I work closely with the team to promote growth and success of health services in our area.

I am particularly passionate about joint working initiatives and opportunities across health and social care to maximise the impact of our work for our communities and to work with people in a person-centred, holistic way.
